Kynoch Construction Ltd trains the highest number of apprentices per capita in the central North Island. 

We have high-calibre experts who are committed to sharing their knowledge and skills, we ensure our apprentices are motivated to learn, professional, reliable and proud of their work. Apprentices are continuously mentored, evaluated and guided to make sure their work is of a high standard and they master the skills to gain their professional qualification.

We work closely with BCITO, UCOL and Gateway. Together with Gateway, we provide work experience for year 11-13 students, this is a great way for students to make informed decisions about their future and for us to get to know our future apprentices.

Kynoch Construction Ltd ensure adequate training and supervision, with a wide variety of commercial and residential works. Time is taken to make our apprentices aware of all health and safety issues and guidelines so our working environments are safe and structured. Ongoing learning and upskilling are encouraged and we are aware every learner is an individual and the way an apprentice learns their trade on the job can be different for each person.
