Peter has been contracting in the Manawatu and central North Island since 1991, throughout this time he has been proudly involved in numerous community based builds and works like the Police Station, Hospital and Library, numerous schools and education facilities with the recently completed Central Energy Trust Wildbase Recovery centre in the Victoria Esplanade being a very special build for Kynoch Construction Ltd.
Peter has a reputation for being fair and honest and with over 40 successful years in the construction industry, has proven himself to be resilient, hardworking and innovative.
His team are a big part of Kynoch Constructions’ success and he is very proud to be part of a group of people who have the same drive and enthusiasm for the construction industry – as he does.
Peter has a vast knowledge of the area and a network of friends and associates that spans the country. He takes care to support local suppliers and sub-contractors and enjoys excellent working relationships with them all.
A drive around Palmerston North, greater Manawatu and the central North Island with Peter would consist of him proudly showing his work off!
Bradley, originally from New Plymouth is our Residential Housing Manager, applying his years of experience and attention to details to our Clever Living and Kynoch Homes builds.
Josh has been with the company since 2012 and specialises in large commercial construction projects. His technical knowledge and attention to detail help him excel in challenging situations.
Rachel is Peter’s PA and your first point of contact at Kynoch Construction Ltd. Rachel manages reception, answers the phones and helps with all Clever Living and Kynoch Homes enquiries. She ensures all staff at Kynoch Construction Ltd are paid on time and looked after…..especially the boss!
Vignesh came to us from Auckland, he works closely with our commercial clients, site managers and foremen to ensure smooth and efficient processes, contract works, programmes, materials and sub-contractors.
Tristan has been with the company since 2006. He focuses his attention on the commercial construction side of the business and is an education specialist, ensuring our apprentices receive the training and support they need.
