“A really awesome house, the experience from start to finish was superb, we had informed communications from a number of the team at Kynoch at different stages of the build. It’s been an exciting process watching the house evolve and being part of the decision making right through to a very impressive delivery onto what was not the easiest of sections The house itself is really functional with no dead space giving maximum bang for buck in that size foot print. I would highly recommend one of these houses, warm, well-constructed and with a great range of options available to personalise to your own requirements.

Hiwinui School Community found the Build of our Outdoor Learning Environment to be a really personal and professional experience. The Kynoch Team were really accommodating explaining the process, the needs and asking if they were unsure of something. We found them really considerate; as the build was between three classrooms they tried their very best to make the three classrooms as sound proof and secure as possible and left the noisy bits for after school as best they could.

The three builders on site were considerate, engaging and well skilled and nothing was ever too much for them. The building site was always neat and tidy and even though at the end of the project New Zealand went into Covid Lockdown the school was left secure and team abided by all Lockdown Rules. They were only too happy to appeased a group of little boys who had watched with eager eyes at every opportunity and when the boys came to school for a Dress Up Day complete with their hard hats, aprons and hi viz gear, the team played the part and had their photos with the boys. Something those boys will never forget.

The end result is a great asset to our school and a credit to the Kynoch Team.

A year ago my wee abode was just a dream. Now, enjoying the reality, I’ve taken time to reflect on the journey with Kynoch Construction. From my first email communication, to the final board being attached to the deck, I knew I was dealing with the best team. Communication, co-ordination, experience and excellence all spring to mind to describe the Kynoch Team. Nearing completion of the deck (aka ‘the work of art’) I gave an analogy to my favourite whisky (Highland Park 18 yr old) to describe the experience of working with Kynoch. I can give no higher praise.

KYNOCH have done a superb job of our building extension. The team we had doing the build were professional and considerate, causing minimal disruption to the running of our business during the build process. The finished product is exactly what we had envisioned - modern, functional and practical. Highly recommended!

With the housing shortage in PN, we were investigating a first home purchase for an associate. Following all the avenues potentially available meant looking into a new build as well as already established properties. The team at Kynoch Construction responded to our first contact, answered all of our questions promptly and helpfully, and left us feeling that if all the factors aligned to use a company to build, they would do a great job.
